Dr. Stanley Ridgley, Author of DEI Exposed

On this eye-opening episode of Liberty X Happy Hour, Dr. Stan Ridgely — clinical professor at Drexel University, former U.S. Army military intelligence officer, and author of DEI Exposed — delivers a masterclass on the true nature of the DEI industry. From fabricated “white supremacy culture” lists and struggle sessions modeled on communist re-education tactics, to the dark psychology of virtuous victimhood used for resource extraction, Dr. Ridgely exposes how this ideology has captured universities, corporations, and is now infiltrating K-12 education.

Contrasting Frederick Douglass’s self-made man ethos with today’s victim-oppressor binary, this conversation equips parents, students, and concerned citizens with the tools to recognize and resist the con. Featuring faith-filled insights, audience questions, and a strong call to action, this episode is essential listening for anyone who values merit, truth, personal responsibility, and the future of American education.
